Overview

In this session, you’ll be introduced to the training program and guided through the initial setup of the course platform. The session begins with a warm welcome and an overview of the training objectives, followed by a step-by-step walkthrough of accessing the platform and customizing course settings. You’ll explore the platform’s interface, learn how to personalize the course and discover advanced tools to streamline the setup process.

Log in to the platform:

Depending on your organization's decision on how Prodient.io is being implemented, there are two ways to login to Prodient.Io. This is applicable across all the roles in Prodient.Io (Admin, Author).

Course settings:

In the Create Course page, authors can tailor the parameters that define the overall course. There are settings with respect to Font color, Font type, General themes, determining completion requirements, and fine-tuning other course-specific details. It offers a flexible and comprehensive tool set to ensure alignment with course objectives.

General: The General section is where you provide fundamental information about the course. This section typically includes the Course Title, Course Description, Base Language, and Course images.

Course interface:

In the Course Interface section, users can customize the appearance of their courses by selecting from various course interfaces, menu styles, and screen labels. This allows for a tailored and engaging learning experience that aligns with the course content and branding.

Themes:

The Themes section allows you to customize various aspects of your course, including the color of the pages, fonts, font types, content animations, and content alignment. This ensures your course design is visually appealing and aligned with your brand identity.

Configure:

The Configure section allows you to adjust and manage various course settings and parameters. It is divided into two sections, namely Course Configuration and Assessment Configuration.

Advanced:

The Advanced option allows users to bulk upload multiple templates with just a few clicks, making it particularly useful for course creation when working with many templates.
